Parkrose Remodel

This 1948 ranch home had lost it’s luster! This remodel was kicked off by removing two walls, creating an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Our work included high-end  finishes, lovingly restored hardwoods and custom built-ins.  The fully renovated kitchen showcases a custom eat-in bar, hand-crafted Pratt and Larson backsplash, quartz surfaces & new SS appliances. We also fully renovated the bathroom, which boasts a custom vanity,  granite counter & glass shower.

Marylhurst Update

This beautifully built house across from the Maryhurst campus was thoughtfully constructed in the 1990s but was in need of a serious update. Our thorough refresh included upgraded bathroom amenities, new interior paint, gorgeous lighting fixtures throughout, new wall-to-wall carpet on the second floor, updated kitchen appliances, a complete backyard overhaul,  along with too many custom touches to list. The final product was a home that was not only up-to-date but wholly reflected the client’s personality and needs.

Rose Park ADU

When our clients approached us, they had a concrete shell in the basement of their Rose City home. The request was to build a luxurious additional dwelling unit, intended as a true mother-in-law suite.  We were excited to be a part of this dramatic transformation which, in to addition to building out the basement shell, included creating a new exterior entrance to access the ADU. We couldn’t be happier to see the client enjoy the space to the fullest.

Complete Lents Remodel

The dramatic remodel of a 1920s Bungalow, included a new bathroom layout, a complete kitchen remodel as well as refinishing the original fir floors, all new interior and exterior paint and that’s just the start. Incorporating some custom built-ins and converting an antique dresser into a bathroom vanity are a few of our favorite elements from this project. Designing a more functional space while also staying true to the era of the home was important to us.

Two Story Montavilla Addition

Our clients approached us to expand their existing two bedroom bungalow to better accommodate their growing family. Positioned at the back of the home, the addition included a family room, a secondary entry (with ample storage) and finally, a vaulted staircase leading to a spacious master suite. The addition also has a staircase leading to the basement for added functionality. Seeing the clients turn their new square-footage into a warm and active home is one of the many reasons that we love our job.
